In the second hand market, the price of square meters in Alanya starts from 3 thousand, 3 thousand 500 in Kemer, 4 thousand 500 in Kuşadası, 6 thousand in Kaş and 8 thousand in Bodrum. In branded housing projects, the price of square meters goes up to 65 thousand TL.
